The best bulbing fennel we have trialled. The rounded bulbs are large, thick with a very crisp anise flavour. A late summer and autumn vegetable that we use in salads with apple, walnuts and lettuce or chicory. Use in salads, soups, with fish or grill for a distinct delicious flavour. A good yielding variety. 20 seeds.
