A sweet melon that is early and has some tolerance to cooler weather, so it is perfect for Tasmania & the cooler areas of Victoria & NSW. The 2kg fruits have sweet green flesh with exceptional flavour. In our first year trials of this variety we got 6-8 large fruit of each plant. 8 seeds.
Missing fresh cantaloupes straight from the garden? This variety is breed for cooler climates and is super early. The oblong, orange fruits are sweet and average 1.2kg. 20 seeds.
This rare heirloom is a disease-free strong growing vine, producing lots of dark green, stripey melons with white-yellow flesh. Not eaten fresh but makes a fine flavoured, clear preserve/jam and was very popular in the 19th century. Also used in pickles, puddings, fruitcakes and even cookies. 8 seeds.
