Botanical Name
Perovskia atriplicifolia

Russian sage has blue flower spires to 1.2 m and silvery grey-green, fern like foliage; both provide a focus in the garden. While not a true sage the leaves have a strong sagelike scent. The flowers have a sweet flavour and can be eaten in salads or used as a garnish. Will grow in most well drained sites but prefers dry, hot sites with poor soil. 30 seeds.
