A sweet, nutty variety with creamy white flesh. The roots are uniformly long, smooth and have good resistance to rotting in periods of heavy rain. Taste improves after the first frost, becoming sweeter with a nutty twist. Great roasted, in pies/pasties or soups. A hardy & vigorous vegetable that isn’t to bothered by pests/disease. 300 seeds.
