
Spinach ‘Galilee’
Spinacea oleracea
An arrowhead leaf variety that originates in the Middle East so it has a greater level of heat tolerance than the English spinach cultivars, providing it with a longer season. The leaves have a similar flavour to normal spinach, a bit lighter green in colour. Leaves can be harvest young for tender baby spinach or full grown. Use raw or cooked. 80 seeds.
