A striking, fast-growing Asian green with reddish-purple central stem and veins. The deeply serrated leaf has a mildly peppery flavour. A versatile variety of mizuna that adds colour to salads, soups and stir-fries. Leaves can be harvested young or mature, the younger leaves have a milder flavour. Mustard greens are an excellent source of vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin A (in the form of carotenoids), and manganese. 75 seeds.
