Also known as Japanese mustard spinach. A fast growing, red leaf that can be harvested whole or as a ‘pick and come again’. Very versatile with the leaf and stem able to be used raw, steamed, braised, stocks or soup. One of the more mild mustards, especially when young. Komatsuna is ready for harvesting in 30-40 days. 100 seeds.
